Enzo Milano – President
Enzo began his experience in food service at a young age being immersed in his family’s business, Villa Milano Banquet Center. Enzo went on to play tennis at the University of Dayton while studying Business Management and Sales. Enzo began his career in sales in San Francisco, gradually moving into multiple sales leadership positions which brought him to Chicago and ultimately back home to Columbus. Leveraging his years of experience in business and innate passion for the food service industry, Enzo brings a recipe for success to guide Creative Cuisine, now Milano Creative Catering, to be one of the pillars of the hospitality industry throughout the Greater Columbus Area.
Joshua Schwartz – Director of Sales
Joshua Schwartz hails from the great state of New York and spent his collegiate years close to home at Columbia University. He then took on a Bachelor of Culinary Arts from The International Culinary Center where he studied under such legends as Jacqués Pepin, André Soltner and Alain Sailhac. He honed his skills in the fire of the kitchen at Jean Georges Restaurant of New York, NY before moving on to business ownership. Josh partnered to grow Executive Caterers of Bergenfield, NJ from a $200K revenue to $1M in the first two years of establishment. Josh’s experience leading staff, managing vendor relations, creating menus and exceeding quality expectations have made him an integral addition to the Creative team. At days end, Josh enjoys collecting stamps and spending time with his wife, Katy, young daughter, Ava Mae, and their spunky American Foxhound, Marvin Drake. He is very much looking forward to exploring the variety that Columbus has to offer and creating stellar events at the many venues in and around the city.
Kristen Kerr – Event Consultant
With a rich background spanning both catering and venue operations, Kristen brings a uniquely comprehensive understanding of event realization. At Milano Creative Catering, she weaves together the fine details of service, menu execution, and venue logistics—ensuring each celebration flows effortlessly from start to finish. Kristen’s hospitality instincts, decisiveness, and client-first mindset help transform every event into one that’s memorable, beautifully presented, and unmistakably Creative.
